20060303 - To Hakuba

Well.... absolute blinder last night. We went back to the dart bar we went to in 2003 and started drinking. Then we went to get some food and waited back at the hotel for Phil to turn up from the airport.

Tried to get in touch with Crama`s mate so we could go find some local places to go out, but it all fell though in a pile of voicemail messages. So back to the dart bar for more drinking.

Sometime round 2am, I`d had enough and went back for some sleep, Tim and Phil rocked in much later having been bought drinks by some old dude trying to chat them up!

Anyway we all slept past the alarm, and it was a mad panic to try and get to Shinjuku for the 9am bus. Missed it by 2 or 3 minutes. Damn you Japanese effienciency. So we got the 9:50am to Nagano, adn a re now waiting for the 3pm to Hakuba, as we missed the previous one by just a few minutes. Damn Damn Damn.

Will get to the snow soon I hope!
