20060323 - More London Wandering
Carla wanted to hit up the shops, so we did a bit of that, wandered the National Gallery, and the National Museum. All good stuff.

20060322 - Windsor and Carla arrives
Mike took me down to show me around Windsor and Eton today. He lived in Windsor for many years so had quite a few good local stories to tell.
I got back and met Carla at the tube station fresh off a horror flight from India. Back to the flat for washing and rest.

20060321 - London Wandering
I got a bulkhead seat on the flight over from Hong Kong, so the bit of extra leg room was worthy. They didn't alternate the inflight entertainment schedules like on the flight from Sapporo though, so non crap stuff to watch was getting a little thin on the ground after 13 hours...
Tom found me ok in the airport, neither of us knowing what the other looked liked, saying he was quite relived I wasn't some of the other freaks walking out of the exit. Nice drive into his flat and some Pizza and Beer. woooo.
Wandering around in town today, pretty easy to get around by foot, and a bit warmer than Japan.
Not sure how I am going to meet Carla now she has changed her flight to arrive tommorrow rather than on Friday. I hope we figure it out!
Time to eat, then more wandering this arvo.

20060320 - Hong Kong to London
Last night after dropping my bags in the room, I jumped on the metro down to the Harbour, and wandered around the bottom of Kowloon for an hour os so. The skyline is pretty amazinbg, and the double decker busses everywhere are pretty crazy.
This moring I got up pretty early and wandered around the market streets, and up into one of the local parks. Not much interesting stuff going on, as it was still pretty early. Ended up buying what I hope was a cheap SD card, I wasn't 100% on the exchange rate.
Back to the hostel to checkout, and off to the bus to the airport for a 2pm flyout.
